Data collected
MediaSync may collect email address, name, product selection, Hardware ID, license status, download count, recent download time, IP address, approximate country/city, user agent, purchase ID, payment status, and support messages. If you opt in to marketing emails, we record the consent time, wording and version, language, source, IP address, user agent, and withdrawal history.
Use of data
Data is used to provide downloads, issue and validate licenses, process purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, deliver update information, and improve the product.
Payment data
Card numbers and sensitive payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. MediaSync stores purchase status and transaction references needed for license issuance and support.
Email communication
We send verification codes, license information and support notices related to services you request. For new download registrations, product promotions, events and newsletters require email consent and email verification. Existing download contacts collected before this opt-in feature was introduced may also receive product updates and announcements until they unsubscribe. The download form enables code requests after the email consent box is checked. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting mediasyncguide@gmail.com. We retain consent and withdrawal records to honor your choice.
Retention and deletion
License and purchase records are retained as needed for license validation, accounting, support, and fraud prevention. You may request review, correction, or deletion where legally possible by contacting mediasyncguide@gmail.com.
