MediaSync may collect email address, name, product selection, Hardware ID, license status, download count, recent download time, IP address, approximate country/city, user agent, purchase ID, payment status, and support messages.
Use of data
Data is used to provide downloads, issue and validate licenses, process purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, deliver update information, and improve the product.
Payment data
Card numbers and sensitive payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. MediaSync stores purchase status and transaction references needed for license issuance and support.
Email communication
If you enter an email for a program download or purchase, MediaSync may send product updates, license information, and support notices. You can request removal from non-essential communications by contacting mediasyncguide@gmail.com.
Retention and deletion
License and purchase records are retained as needed for license validation, accounting, support, and fraud prevention. You may request review, correction, or deletion where legally possible by contacting mediasyncguide@gmail.com.
